As a trucking or transportation company, you have probably experienced driver call outs or driver shortages. Lomat is here to help. We provide commercial drivers (CDL and Non-CDL) that are FMCSA compliant. Background assessments include; MVR, drug test, FMCSA Clearinghouse, Medical card certification, previous employment, PSP or safety data, criminal background, sex offender registry, CDLIS and social security verification. Example: A business with its own fleet of trucks is experiencing a driver shortage. They have a local job to take care of, and they want to ensure that it’s done right and on-time by an effective, experienced driver. A representative from the business simply opens our app, creates a job, and selects a driver from our pool of trucking professionals. The business can see all of the available commercial drivers in the area, as well as their ratings. In return, the driver can also view the ratings and reviews of the business. The business makes an offer to a driver, who can choose to accept it. The driver will then receive all information relevant to the job and with 1-click, begins the job.
